BALLOON BREWERY

Thanks to the reconstruction, the first Balloon Brewery was established on the premises of the hotel in 2015/2016, which follows the history from 1597, when the brewery was already located on the premises of the hotel. We are proud to be able to return to this tradition and the name Samuel will be used for our first beer - the light tap eleven.

The history of the brewery in Radešín dates back to the 16th century. An important date is the year 1597, when Samuel Radešínský from Radešovice came to Radešín. This year, he had the Renaissance fortress rebuilt (today's Balloon Castle) and gave impetus to the Radešín Brewery. In the 17th century, the Radešín brewery was one of two breweries owned by the Žďár Monastery. It is said that over a thousand barrels a year were cooked here. Today, the Balloon Hotel and Brewery stands on this original site.

The balloon brewery was opened on April 13, 2016. A beer hall was established in the former dining room, where the brewery, the heart of the brewery, is also located. The volume of the brewery is 10 hl. In the basement there are 23 maturing tanks, each with a volume of 10 hl.
